The traveler is counting on the Host to provide accomodation once they reach their destination. To avoid fines and negative reviews, hosts must be committed to following through confirmed reservations. The matter becomes more pressing as guests prepare for their trip as the day of check-in approaches.
We will automatically make the following deductions from the Host’s next payout when:
a. The Host cancels a reservation a week before check in date. $50 fine.
b. The Host cancels a reservation less than a week before check in date. $100 fine.
c. Guests are allowed to review Hosts if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time.
d. Our Automated system will mark your account indicating that you have canceled one of your reservations.
e. The Host will be unable to make more reservations for the same dates as the canceled reservation.
f. If a Host reaches too many cancellations per year, the listing will be deactivated.
